The Basics

Other than packages or pre-made balloon designs from our quick picks menu most events are customized so it’s impossible to give a standard price for everything. just as each client is different with different needs, so are the events and designs.

Our main office is in Bolivar, Ohio and we also have a satellite office in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

For typical balloon deliveries, we service Tuscarawas, Stark, Carroll, Harrison, Holmes, Coshocton, Wayne counties. Deliveries and/or rentals over 15 miles require an additional fee.

Destination events are contracted on a case by case basis, but we love road trips! give us a call and let’s see what (or where) we can come up with!

We do our best to make the process as simple as we can for you! Give us a call or email us using our contact form and we will respond within 48 hours. All items are on a first come, first serve basis. If you wish to reserve any items or package, a refundable credit card hold and nonrefundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. Everything is done online and paid through our secure payment processing system. Easy peasy!

All one-of-a-kind or two-of-a-kind items such as furniture, upholstered pieces, bars and backdrops are not removable from the order. Non-unique items may be reduced by quantities of 10 percent up to 14 days before your event date.

The rental period for each item is 24 hours. Need it longer? We are happy to work with you and see if we can accommodate!

For Saturday rentals that have been picked up by the client, all items must be returned by noon Monday.

Absolutely! We book appointments for viewing on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11am-3pm. Shoot us an email or call us at (330)595.9400 to schedule an appointment. If you need another time, we will do our best to accommodate!

Yes! We have a team of carpenters, metalworkers and everything in between who can build almost anything and if they can’t build it, we love going on scavenger hunts to find that must-have item for your event! Email us at [email protected] to discuss your vision.

Delivery & Pick-Up

Sure can! We require a $200 minimum for all pick-up orders. There are a few of our more delicate pieces that are not available for pick-up.

All furniture items such as tables, chairs, sofas and backdrops must be picked up in a utility cargo van (without seats) or a box truck. No SUV’s, vans, or open pickup trucks will be accepted for pick-up. Furniture must be strapped down with ratchet straps to prevent it from moving during transit,
china, smaller props and items can be picked up in any vehicle.

Caring for our Rentals

All of our rentals cannot be left outside overnight. They must be either brought inside or covered by a tent with sidewalls to prevent tears from overnight winds, morning dew or rain. If our rentals are damaged from being left out in the elements, you will be charged up to 5x the rental cost to fix or replace it. We understand, it happens to the best of us! We include an optional damage waiver on each proposal and subsequent contract that covers normal wear and tear, stains and rips. Our damage waiver is non-refundable and does not cover damage due to neglect such as water damage from rain. If the item breaks we do charge a replacement cost up to 5x the cost of the rental to repair or replace the item.

China and glassware should not be placed in the dishwasher or heated. Before being returned to East and Elle, all dinnerware must be free from any food particles and stacked vertically in the crates provided – if not, the client may be charged a cleaning and restocking fee.

For items such as chandeliers, florals, vases and just about anything that can be damaged with little effort, we ask that you place them in the provided packaging as soon as the event is over to prevent damage. It’s best to keep children and animals from handling them, too. Our kids love to touch all the pretties, so we get it! It’s best to be safe rather than sorry and keep fragile rentals out of reach from the littles and fur babies.

Balloons

We cannot guarantee the quality of our designs by using balloons and balloon products outside our normal distributors.

Believe it nor not, if kept within the same temperature and left unhandled our balloons can last months indoors! They will lose shine naturally due to oxidation of the natural latex, but they should last at least 3-5 days and still look great.

We use the best quality industrial balloons we can, but due to environmental conditions such as temperature, wind, and humidity longevity will vary. Therefore we cannot guarantee the lifespan of the balloons.

All of our helium-filled balloons are treated with an ultra Hi-Float solution and should last 3 days, but typically they last much longer than that.

Most of our latex balloons are 100% latex and therefore 100% biodegradable. Foil, bobo and mylar balloons are not biodegradable, but can be easily recycled. We have some manufacturers that use preservatives in their latex, which affects the bioavailability. We never recommend leaving balloons on the ground to “dissolve”. Please dispose of all event materials in the appropriate receptacle. We are a proud member of PEBA and we are committed to ongoing environmental education to keep our planet clean and safe. Yes! We offer digital designing so that our clients will have a clear idea of what their event products will look like. When it comes to our digital design, what you see on the mock design is what you will get.

Depending on the type of contract, yes. We can offer clean up services. If you opt for a product such as our grab-n-go options, you are responsible for clean up.
